Meža Vide is a professionally managed forest property portfolio in Latvia with well-structured forestry and financial documentation, ensuring transparent and reviewable property information. The portfolio comprises 13 properties with a total area of 393 hectares, of which 296 hectares are productive forestland, including more than 55 hectares of established forest plantations. The total standing volume amounts to 27,128 m³, with an average standing volume of 91.6 m³ per hectare.
Over the past five years, more than EUR 100,000 has been invested in forest regeneration and improvement. Dry forest site types dominate the forest area, and 99.3% of the forestland is free from management restrictions. Forest management is carried out by SIA Skogssällskapet.
The transaction is intended to be completed as a share deal.
