The total standing stock is approximately 209 thousand m³, with an average volume of about 156 m³ per hectare.
About 5% of the forest area is subject to management restrictions. Forest management is carried out by a management company belonging to the Vestman group.
The transaction is planned to be carried out as a sale of 100% of the company's shares (share deal) or, in agreement with the buyer, as an asset deal.
